Acquisition
Tyris actively purchases quality office and industrial properties for its
real estate portfolio. Ideal properties are multi-tenanted, and located within emerging communities throughout the western U.S. Tyris and its affiliated trusts currently own and manage properties in California, Arizona and New Mexico.

Management
Tyris provides a full range of property management services including lease and contract administration, general accounting, billing, collections, disbursements, maintenance supervision, tenant move-in coordination, tenant improvements supervision, real and personal property tax monitoring and property documentation. Tyris currently has almost one half-million square feet of properties under management contract.
Leasing
Tyris' real estate staff has been involved in millions of square feet of tenant leases over the past 30 years. Real estate professionals negotiate, prepare and execute lease agreements for office, industrial, raw land, and other commercial uses. Development
Tyris capitalizes on its expertise and market knowledge to develop or redevelop properties in high demand markets. When Tyris' market studies show a cost/benefit ratio that favors new development or redevelopment, it enacts a proven methodology to provide quality rental space in a timely fashion.
